Age suitability for Lentes

Overview

Lentes is a personal organization app for glasses-prescription information, eyewear records, and eye-exam reminders. It does not include entertainment or social content.

Content

Lentes contains no violence, sexual content or nudity, profanity or crude humor, horror themes, references to alcohol, tobacco, or drugs, gambling, contests, loot boxes, or weapon content.

The app may display glasses-prescription values, an image or PDF selected by the user, clinic details, and eye-exam dates.

Communication, browsing, and purchases

Lentes has no account, public profile, user-generated-content feed, chat, direct messaging, or unrestricted web browsing. The free version may show privacy-preserving recommendations for other independent apps. An optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase unlocks additional features and removes these recommendations; there is no subscription.

Health-related context

Lentes organizes information from a glasses prescription. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or recommend treatment, and is not a substitute for an optometrist, ophthalmologist, optician, or other qualified professional.

Recognition can be wrong. Every value should be checked against the original prescription before it is saved, shared, or used. Children should use health information with a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Permissions and personal information

Camera, Photo Library, Files, Apple Health, Calendar, and notification features are optional and are used only when the person using the app chooses them. Access can be declined or withdrawn in iPhone settings.

A parent or guardian may wish to review these permissions and any prescription documents stored on a child’s device.

App Store age rating

Apple determines and displays the official age rating on the App Store using the submitted age-rating questionnaire and applicable regional standards. The rating shown on the Lentes product page is authoritative; this page provides additional context.
